Looking for CF for NE rowhouse $1,014/mo
Two CFs looking for a 3rd roommate to join our house beginning November 6. The current lease ends December 31 and we are currently discussing whether to re-sign. The house is located in the H St Corridor/Trinidad neighborhood (H&13th NE), has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and has a covered front porch, back deck, and LOTS of natural light. We are in easy walking distance to various bus routes (90/92, B2, D4/D8, X1/X2/X8/X9), grocery stores (Whole Foods, TJ’s, Safeway, Aldi), coffee shops and restaurants on H St NE, Union Market, and are a nice bike ride/short drive away from the National Arboretum.
The room and potential roommate: We are seeking a CF who sees home as a place for recharging, welcome, and friendship to rent the middle room, which is ~ 9×11. Rent is $1,014/month, plus utilities.
The house: The main level of the house is a spacious open concept with living room space, dining area, a full kitchen, half bath, and back deck. The bedrooms are on the second level and your room shares a bathroom with one of the other housemates. The home has WiFi, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, central heat and air, and in-house washer/dryer.
A bit about us: We’re hospitable, active in our churches, enjoy various hobbies that range from trying new recipes, to gardening, to hiking, like to keep common areas clean, and both have spent time abroad.
