Hi! I’m looking for a CF roommate to share a large townhouse is in Seven Corners/Falls Church, VA starting in September 2025. You would be sharing the home with two other women.
The house has an open space concept for the living room, dining room, and kitchen with a gas stove and island for entertaining. We also have a deck for barbecuing. The home is on the border of Arlington, off of Route 50, close to Bluemont Park, and walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The rent does NOT include utilities which we would split monthly. The lease would be for a year.
A little about me: I am a working professional who enjoys the outdoors, playing tennis, running, serving at church, playing board games, and traveling. I currently work from home, and I have a 14-year-old black lab mix. (He’s super sweet and very friendly.) I also enjoy cooking and occasionally hosting events with friends.
