Hey everyone!
I’m leaving Ballston, VA + need someone to take over my lease (goes through June 2027) ASAP.
You would live with other Christian guys (early to mid 20s), and they are great guys to get along with! They are clean, organized, and respectable people. You would share a bathroom with one of them. Parking is not available in the building, but it is available offsite. The rent + utilities + WiFi is 1376; however, I’m willing to negotiate lower here if needed.
If you are interested, feel free to reach out and dm me!
