The Home: Our house is a big and beautiful townhome located in Del Rey, Alexandria! Our common kitchen and living room have high ceilings and a modern style. We are within walking distance of several grocery stores, many coffee shops, the Potomac Yard shopping center, and are a 15-minute walk to the Potomac Yard Metro. There are lots of close-by trails for running or walking, nearby tennis and basketball courts, and it is a five-minute drive to the Alexandria waterfront.
The Space: We are seeking one CF to rent a cozy bedroom on the second floor of the townhome. The room is 176 square feet with a small closet. It’s small, but for the right person, it’s a lovely space to make cozy! The bathroom is large and modern, shared with the CF residing in the primary suite. Access to the bathroom is through the primary suite, which is unconventional but has worked great for me the past 3 years! Room is carpeted with high ceilings (the rest of the house has hardwood floors). Washer and dryer are located on the third floor, and are generally very quiet. The space is very new-looking and beautiful. Rent is $694 monthly, with utilities $40-$60 monthly. Move-in anytime in April-May.
The Community: It’s a wonderful house of Christian women roomates who do life together. There are so many great memories I have of this house and my roommates– I can’t recommend it highly enough!
