• Fully furnished if you’d like (my current roommate is leaving her furnishings)
• Shared bathroom and newly-renovated kitchen (including a dishwasher yay)
• Gorgeous high ceilings and skylights
• Central AC / cooling
• Attic for extra storage!
• Access to a bike room
• Free parking

Neighborhood

• 15 minute walk from the Rosslyn or Courthouse metro stops
• Quiet, leafy green neighborhood right off a park
• Steps off of the Custis trail if you like biking or walking
• 20 minute walk to Georgetown (where I did my masters:)

About Me

• Mid-20s remote professional working at an AI startup
• Love biking, hiking, being outdoors, and cooking!
• Have lived with roommates (or siblings) for the last ~20 years of my life, so I’m respectful, independent, and hoping for another great roommate:)

About You

• Apartment is ideal for a young professional or a grad student at Georgetown / GW
• Independent, but down to be friends / hang out if it naturally blossoms into that
• Wants a relaxed environment, but is down for adventures (together or apart!)
• Is ok being in a neighborhood that requires a bit more biking if you don’t have a car
  Bonus: my faith is important to me, and it’d be cool to live with someone else who had some sort of faith (e.g., Islam, Judaism, Christianity, etc) and wanted to jointly learn!
