The room is within a 1bed1bath +den apartment. You would have the den. There are a lot of perks to this apartment, it is an 8 min walk to Pentagon city metro and a 7 minute drive into DC proper, across the street from Whole Foods and walkable to pentagon city mall and lots of restaurants. There are a lot of amenities (gym, study rooms and two rooftop pools) plus concierge and fob locks for the main entrance.
The room doesn’t have windows but the rest of the apartment is filled with light and is already well furnished (not the bedroom).
My current roommate is 28, works from home, has a nice cat and we haven’t had any issues with sharing the bathroom, noise or with keeping the apartment clean!
