The house is on a corner lot with street parking and has two large living areas (upstairs and basement) that are great for hosting. Bathroom is shared with two of the three other housemates. Metro is accessible via bus; past and current housemates have commuted into DC for work. Excellent running and biking trails accessible via Four Mile Run park.
