Price range from $600 to $700 to $800 with utilities included for one person who is willing to sign a lease and has good credit, employment and willing to share and get along with me and one other potential roommate.
Prefer a tenant in their 30’s or so because I have found people in the 20’s tend to live out of a storage bin and move every couple of months!! I need and want stability, not musical chairs with roommates! My current roommate is getting married on March 14, but I have another vacant room, so the right person could come before or after that date. . . It is a nice place and very quiet neighborhood, surrounded by Royal Lake and within walking distance of Target and close to Walmart as well. . . No smoking, drugs or alcohol abuse, no overnight guests except for immediate family members and no pets. Should be kind, caring and responsible, clean. . .
