Hello everyone!
We’re looking for a roommate to join us in our townhome in Burke, Virginia! Preferably working professional or student.
The home is fully furnished and located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood with plenty of walking paths and green spaces. We’re also conveniently located near pickleball courts and a community pool. Also located near George Mason University
A few details about the home:
* Rent: is per month 2800 total (868 for your room)
* Utilities: electricity split 3 ways (usually about 35-45 a month per person)
*Internet split 3 ways (30 per person)
* Water and trash pickup fees are covered by the owners
* single private room
* Available: as soon as possible
* Bathroom: shared full bathroom
* Parking: plenty available in front of the house
* Fully furnished common areas
* Fully stocked kitchen with cooking instruments and utensils
* Access to shared living spaces and kitchen

We also have a friendly cat who lives in the house, but you would have absolutely no responsibility for his care or maintenance.
We’re hoping to find someone who is friendly, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. We’d like to maintain a comfortable, relaxed household where everyone feels at home.
If you’re interested or have any questions, feel free to send me a message! Happy to provide additional details and photos.
Please feel free to share this with folks you know who may be interested!
