Local MPC family seeks a full-time or part-time teacher for their 2 young children (ages 7 and almost 4). The ideal candidate will have a deep Montessori background plus a variety of teaching roles in different settings. Our children spend their morning learning from 9am-12:30pm followed by lunch, quiet time, and extracurriculars. We are regularly involved in MPC events, especially in Thursday mornings (both for mom and children) so our teacher will also help to conduct Thursday mornings classroom sessions for other homeschooled children.
Additional responsibilities for full-time candidate include helping around the home, cooking, crafts, and babysitting one evening per week.
