The second bedroom is a large size and has carpeted flooring, an overhead fan, its own window AC unit, 5 windows (including a sky light), and a built-in shelving unit. This room fits everything you’d need for your bedroom PLUS a couch and tv with plenty of extra room.
Both rooms would share a bathroom with one other person on your floor.
You’d be sharing a house with 2 other ladies in their mid 20’s who are both involved in their prospective churches and who value hospitality and stewarding friendships.
There are two bathrooms in the house upstairs and downstairs with a washer and dryer in the basement. There is also an upstairs shared office space perfect for hybrid or WFH schedules!
The house has a 2 car driveway, and a large fenced front and backyard (perfect for hosting or spending time outdoors).
The house is centrally located off of the 50 and 27 and just a short drive to hop on 395.

* 15-20 minute walk to grocery stores
We have a bus transfer stop down the street (2 min walk) and it takes you to the different metro stations.
