I am a mature Christian man looking to downsize into a much smaller living space compared to those I have in the past. Additionally, I am trying to save some money toward a future goal. Furnished or un-furnished are open for discussion.
I am a FT self-employed Landscape Designer & Fine Gardener. So if the space would include a small area outside that would be great.
I would need some type available parking for my truck.
I have a well behaved, completely litter trained 6 yr old cat, who often acts more like a dog. She would enjoy having a new canine friend.
I am a member of and attend Alexandria Presbyterian Church. I have never smoked or been inebriated. I am quiet, friendly and open to male roommates as I seek the LORD for the next open door in this regard.
