Looking for a CF to fill an open room in a 3-bed/3.5-bath townhouse in Vienna/Mosaic area by Aug 1st for roughly $1050/mo + utilities.
Current housemates are my sister (a law student) and myself, both in our mid/late 20s. I attend MPC, sing in a local choir, work a hybrid remote/in-office schedule, and would love to have another girl with shared faith and similar life stage to join this cozy home–affectionally known as The Vine (John 15:5)!
As an end-unit we have plenty of windows/light and the location is super convenient– a 20 minute walk (or 5 min drive) from the Dunn Loring Metro and from Mosaic District, plus close to entrances to 66 and 495. I’ve rented here several years so aside from the bedroom and basement den area it is mostly furnished, and I enjoy keeping up the landscaping/garden in the small yard. I love hosting friends for occasional dinners/game nights/holiday parties, and value tidiness in common spaces, sharing household responsibilities, and open communication. (My sister is a bit more reserved and often busy with schoolwork or seeing the latest movie in theaters, but easy to get along with!) It’s always nice to be friends as well as roomies, but we both have our own schedules too, so will respect whatever level of socializing we naturally have!
