Both rooms are 9” x 13,” each with a window, ceiling fan and light, and ample closet space. The photos show furnished rooms so you can get a sense of the space, but the room(s) will come unfurnished.

– Main Level: kitchen, dining area, living area, half bath, backyard deck
– Basement: laundry room w/washer and dryer
Note: The home will be undergoing renovations – repainting and new flooring (no more carpet) – which will be completed by mid-August.

About Me:
I (the owner) and my housemate Ela (renter in the basement studio) are working professionals in our 30s and serve in the same local church! I am an elementary school teacher in LCPS, and Ela is an office administrator. We are both quiet, clean/tidy, friendly and easy-going. We enjoy conversations over coffee and spending time with friends and family. During the week, I often spend my evenings teaching ESL classes for adults, at bible study, or at worship/praise team rehearsals. In my free time though, I love to read, play the piano, garden, and take dance classes!

Dulles Town Center and OneLoudoun are just minutes away, as well as quick and easy access to major commuter roads (Route 7 and Route 28). The immediate area includes private pools, nature trails, and miles of paved walking/biking paths.
