A little about me, I am in my early 30s, a software engineer who works from home. I go to a local church, and volunteer as worship leader at a local Bible study. We have two cats, so looking for cat friendly folks, but unable to have additional pets.
One is a 116 sqft furnished room with a private bathroom at $990/month, with a full-size bed with storage space, dresser, leaning bookshelf, and standing desk. Lease is preferred to be a six-month minimum. Some amenities include a balcony, patio, a small home-gym, and professional cleaning.
There will eventually be 4 people total and all house members share utilities and cleaning responsibilities. Utilities range from $65-$75 monthly, for three people. It is preferred that you work as least a hybrid schedule or completely in the office and meal planning is recommended for kitchen use.
My heart is to build a Christian community; where the common areas are a flexible place to hang, hold small groups, Bible studies, get-togethers, prayer meetings, and board games.

The house is walking distance from the Shops at Fairfax, Aldi, Planet Fitness, Heart, 99 Ranch, Old Town Fairfax, Lowes, CVS, Fairfax Presbyterian Church, parks, Walmart, and many restaurants. Vienna metro stations is about an 8 min drive away or a 15-minute free bus ride. GMU is a 5 min drive or a 10 min bike ride.
