This main area is minimally furnished as current roommate taking couch/sitting area & dining table. Have tons of kitchen stuff and can make room for yours.

Tons of street parking. close to city’s center and year round farmers market, lots of restaurants in walking distance, A park close by, a pool for use in summer, Bus to east or west falls from outside Harris teeter grocery store. 1.3 mi walk to e.falls church on W&OD trail. East falls stop is where silver line takes one straight to Dulles. Our home is clean, neat, safe, surrounded by good neighbors. We are looking for someone to help maintain the welcoming and drama free space 😉
