Our cozy house in Crystal City is looking to fill two of our rooms with single female roommates! We have one room on our main floor with a shared bathroom that will be available the first week of September. Our basement suite will be available the first week of August. There is a spacious living room, kitchen with plenty of storage, basement with more storage and an in unit washer and dryer. We have a fenced in back yard and plenty of street parking.
Rent is $795 a month plus utilities and the house is in a great location! We have plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, parks and a library all within walking distance. We have access to two different Metro stops within walking distance as well.
The current roommates are quiet and respectful. We keep the common areas clean and share in the daily chores. We are all Christian and attend various churches in the area. We are looking for people for either room, so please reach out if you are interested!
