Includes mini kitchenette (with sink, full refrigerator, 2 burner stove, and an optional microwave and/or toaster oven; no oven). Private heating/cooling control, 3 windows facing NE, one window facing NW. Built-in bookshelves add a lovely touch. One block from tennis & basketball courts and 1/2 mile from trail heads. *(Please note: medium-sized family dog is sometimes in the backyard where the apartment entrance is. If you dislike dogs it won’t be a good fit.)
