You’re invited to join us for a relaxing weekend getaway at Shrine Mont in Orkney Springs, VA. Together we will worship, learn, and fellowship in the restful setting of the Appalachian mountains. Our retreat weekend provides something for the whole family, with engaging speaker sessions as well as special children’s programs.

Whether you’re new and looking to connect or a long-time member who’s looking forward to our evenings of fellowship on the porch, this weekend is the perfect opportunity to deepen your relationships with God and one another.

For Your Children & Teens

While adults enjoy engaging sessions and teaching, our children (ages 6 weeks–rising 6th graders) will participate in special programming and activities developed specifically for them.

Your 7th–12th grade youth will be invited to serve in the children’s program, which occurs during three out of the four large group sessions. Teens are also welcome to participate in the large group session with the adults — either option offers teens a wonderful opportunity to grow spiritually and in relationship with their church family.

About Our Speaker

Paul Wolfe serves as Dean of Online Students for Westminster Theological Seminary, where he received his Master of Divinity and Master of Theology degrees. Prior to his position at Westminster, Paul pastored New Hope Presbyterian Church in Fairfax, Virginia for twenty-five years. He and his wife Christy live in Fairfax. Their three children, Philip, Henry, and Charlotte, are students at the University of Virginia.

Paul is the author of My God Is True: Lessons Learned Along Cancer’s Dark Road (2009), Setting Our Sights on Heaven: Why It’s Hard and Why It’s Worth It (2011), and Suffering: God’s Purpose in Our Pain (2023).

Take advantage of discounted early-bird rates through June 30; rates increase on July 1. Registration closes on August 21; refunds cannot be issued after August 10.

• Individual Adult: $150 early bird; $175 after June 30. Individual adult registration is for shared occupancy — you’ll be assigned to share a room with another adult of your gender.
• Couple: $280 early bird; $300 after June 30.
• Children 0–12: $45
• Children 13–18: $100
