Join us for our annual congregational dinner and meeting, when we gather to celebrate God’s work and faithfulness this year, and hear important announcements and information for next year. The meeting starts at 4pm with dinner provided afterwards at 6pm; please RSVP so we can plan for seating, dinner, and childcare.

The Annual Stated Congregational Meeting of McLean Presbyterian Church is called for Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 4pm (with dinner following) at McLean Presbyterian Church, 1020 Balls Hill Road, McLean, Virginia. The purposes of the meeting as called for in the McLean Presbyterian Church Bylaws, are to:

• elect officers
• receive a report on the financial status of the church,
• present the budget for the upcoming fiscal year, and
• share the ministry year 2027 outlook for our ministries and how we hope to glorify and enjoy God together.

CHILDCARE INFO

Childcare will be provided during the meeting for ages birth–5th grade; register each child via your household RSVP.

• Children can be checked into childcare beginning at 3:45pm.
• Childcare is for the meeting only (4–6pm); all children should be picked up before dinner begins at 6pm.
• Children may choose to attend the meeting with their parents instead of attending childcare.

Regular attenders of McLean Pres or Capital Pres Herndon are welcome to attend our Congregational Meeting; however, only church members will be able to vote. If you attend regularly and would like to serve our members by helping with childcare alongside our staff during the meeting, please contact [email protected].
