Women's Ministry
Herndon Women’s Bible Study
Grow in your knowledge of God’s word while connecting to our community of women.
Women and teen girls are invited to join us in the study of Psalms using a the “At His Feet” series, by Christine Gordon and Hope Blanton. (Registration is free, but we encourage participants to purchase a copy of the book.)
Meeting Details
Morning Sessions:
- Meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesday, starting Wednesday, Sept. 9
- 9:30–11:30am
- Location: Capital Pres Herndon Church Office
- We are excited to offer limited childcare (for ages birth-5 years) for morning sessions only. Infants are welcome to join their mothers in the morning session as well.
Evening Sessions:
- Meets every other Monday beginning Monday, Sept. 14
- 6:30–8:30pm
- Location: Capital Pres Herndon Church Office
- Childcare is not available for the evening sessions.
Women Discipling Women
Are you seeking an opportunity to grow more like Jesus, develop your faith muscles, and be better able to apply biblical knowledge to your life’s circumstances? Are you interested in practicing the walk of faith together in community and learning to disciple others?
Women Discipling Women (WDW) provides an opportunity for women of all ages and stages of life to grow deeper in their faith, connect with other women in the church, and learn to disciple others.

Board of Women
The Board of Women is a group of appointed leaders who seek to serve the needs of the women in our congregation by serving and supporting women in their many roles.
