Encouragement for Moms

MomCo brings together moms of young children as we embrace the journey of early motherhood. MomCo provides a community for mothers with children from birth–kindergarten. We gather regularly on Thursday mornings at our McLean site for breakfast and coffee, wonderful speakers and meaningful fellowship!

What Do You Do At MomCo?

We meet on Thursdays from September until early May. At our meetings we hear inspiring messages from speakers and connect through discussions and care groups.

MomCo meetings are designed to bring you a morning of rest, fellowship, and education.

  • Practical Help: Need some inspiration? Most meetings include a speaker who will offer practical insights into the issues that are important to you as a mom.
  • Personal Mentoring: Meet a Mentor Mom who has been through it all and has great advice and a willing ear.
  • Time to Chat: At each meeting there is time to get to know other moms in an accepting small group atmosphere.
  • Sometimes You’ll Get Crafty: We like to try new things and be creative!
  • Learn to Lead: MomCo groups are organized and run by mothers. Looking for a way to get involved? There are opportunities to gain leadership skills through the experience provided by MomCo.
